What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ varies by product: Sanitary Pads start at 10,000 pieces, Bras & Lingerie at 500 pieces per style, and Baby Diapers at 5,000 pieces. For new partners, we offer flexible MOQs to help you test the market.
Do you offer private labeling and custom packaging?
Yes! We provide complete OEM/ODM services. You can have your own brand name, logo, packaging design, and labeling on all products. Our design team will create custom packaging that matches your brand identity.
Which countries do you export to?
We currently export to 15+ countries across the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait), Africa (Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania, Ghana, South Africa), and South Asia (Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka). We're always expanding.
What are your payment terms for export orders?
We accept L/C (Letter of Credit), T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), and advance payment. For established partners, we offer flexible terms including 30% advance and 70% against shipping documents.
How long does it take to receive samples?
Standard samples are dispatched within 5-7 business days. Custom-branded samples with your logo and packaging take 10-15 days. Sample charges are adjustable against the first bulk order.
Do you handle export documentation?
Absolutely. We provide complete export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, insurance certificate, and product-specific certifications.
Can I customize the product specifications?
Yes. We offer full customization for fabric type, color, size range, packaging design, and product specifications. Our R&D team can develop custom products based on your market requirements.
What certifications do your products have?
Our products are manufactured in an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility following GMP standards. Products carry CE marking and meet FDA guidelines. We also have BIS certification. All test reports are provided with shipments.
